This season is the season where we are rich in big cherries. They are everywhere on the roadside and in the market. The cherries I made today were planted by my husband's uncle's family. I picked the big and good ones and sold them for money, leaving the small ones. Eat them yourself if they are not very smooth.

Just picked big cherries.

Wash it and remove the stalks. Some people remove the core in the middle when cooking it. I was very lazy, so I didn't do it.

At the beginning, cook slowly over low heat, wait until the juice is drained, and then turn to high heat for half an hour.
