Ingredients: salt,green tea,eggs,soy sauce
Steps for tea eggs

Wash 10 eggs, put them into a pan, add water before the eggs boil.

Remove the boiled eggs, and do not dump the boiling water in the pan. Gently break the shell of the egg and put it in cold water to peel it, so that the peeled egg is complete.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and half a teaspoon of salt to the boiling water in the pot just now.

After stirring, put the eggs in, and then add a handful of tea leaves. I put green tea in it. If you don't have tea at home, you can put tea bags in it. The same goes for you.

Cook for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and pour out.

To add flavor, stick a bamboo stick on top of the egg and soak it overnight. (As shown in the picture, you can also use it as a rabbit's mouth)
