Steps for Vinegar cabbage

Wash the cabbage first.

Cut it into small pieces.

Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic, add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and monosodium glutamate together and mix well.

Put oil in the pan, add spring onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

First add cabbage to help stir-fry.

Stir-fried cabbage helps soften it.
