I grew up in the countryside when I was a child. At that time, snacks were too rare, so my mother tried every means to make snacks for us to eat with pitifully limited ingredients.

Oil Gulu is one of my favorite ones. The outside is crispy and tender inside, I can never get enough of it!

    Cut the carrots into shorter strips.

    1. The oil should not be too hot when frying. If it is too hot, it may easily cause the outside to be burnt and the inside is not cooked yet. 2. But the oil should not be too cold. If the oil is fried too cold, it will have no color. 3. Eggs cannot be omitted. Without eggs, the oil will not grow out. It will be hard and cannot be eaten!
