Steps for Seaweed ham and cheese bread

1
Mix the high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk and eggs together and knead it vigorously into a dough. Knead until the dough is slightly thinner and many holes will be torn out. Then add butter.
2
Continue kneading until the expansion stage, cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap, and ferment it for the first time to 2-2.5 times its original size.
3
Exhaust, round, and ferment for 15 minutes in the middle.
4
Roll the fermented dough in the middle into a rectangular sheet on a chopping board. Spread cheese and seaweed on the sheet; sprinkle with diced ham; leave a gap at the lower end.
5
Brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the 1CM gap left at the lower end of the dough sheet.
6
Roll the dough sheet from top to bottom (starting from the end where the egg liquid has not been brushed), tightly to form a long roll.
7
Cut the long dough into 8 small dough pieces of the same size and stand upright. Allow the dough to last for about 40 minutes.
8
Brush the surface of the fermented dough with a layer of whole egg liquid, place it in a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
