- medium-gluten flour 200 grams
- vegetable juice 100 grams
- white radish appropriate amount
- sugar 2 tsp
- salt a little
- yeast powder 1 teaspoon

- pepper appropriate amount

Add sugar, salt and yeast powder to the flour and mix well, add in the vegetable juice little by little and mix well, knead into a smooth dough, and set aside to ferment until 2 times the size (about 1 hour).

After washing the white radish, peel and shred it, add a little salt and mix well, squeeze out the water, then add pepper powder, a little sugar, chicken essence and sesame oil, mix well to form the filling.

Roll the dough into long strips and cut into 6 equal portions.

Take a dose and roll it into a round piece with a rolling pin.

Wrap tightly and close the mouth to form a steamed bun embryo.

Put all the small doses into the steaming drawer covered with a damp cloth, cover and let go for 20 minutes.

Place the awakened steamed buns on boiling water, cover and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
