Baking sesame cakes
By ElveraYost
My sesame cakes are not very authentic. I remember when I was a child, my mother baked sesame cakes. There was a mold specially used to press the flowers. She put the kneaded dough in, pressed it, then took it out, put it in a big pot, and burned it with firewood. Now that technology is advanced, there are all kinds of pots, and it is very convenient to make whatever you eat, but it lacks the original taste.
