This water radish is really crisp, but it is not very suitable for my family's taste when mixed with sugar, so I used it to stir-fry sausage.

Steps for stir-fried sausage with radish

Wash the radish.

Cut the radish into thin strips.

Steam the sausage and cut it into slices.

Wash the shallots and cut them into chopped green onions.

Put the cooking oil in a wok and heat it up. Add the chopped green onion and sausage and stir fry.

Add shredded water radish and stir fry, adding appropriate amount of edible salt.
