Peel potatoes and carrots, wash and dice.2
Remove the onions, wash them, and shred them.3
Wash tomatoes, cut into pieces and remove cores.4
Wash broccoli (cauliflower) and shred.5

Wash the green peppers, open the edges, remove grains, and cut into thick strips.7
Heat the pan, add oil and saute the ginger until fragrant, then add onion and saute until fragrant, then put in the broccoli and saute until soft, and shovel up.8
