After eating vegetables for a few days, I suddenly want meat and shrimp today. So I made meat-wrapped shrimp meatballs,

Steps for steamed shrimp meatballs

Remove the heads of the shrimps, wash and remove the food line, leaving the last shrimp tail.

Marinate with soy sauce, salt and sesame oil for a while.

Wrap the shrimps into them with the mixed meat filling, exposing only the tail of the shrimp.

Put on the drawer and steam for about 10 minutes.

The steamed juice is thickened with water and starch, and removed from the pan.
