Casta Soft Toast

Casta Soft Toast
I prefer moist and soft toast. The toast with casta sauce is soft and mellow. After eating it, you will know that I want it.

I wanted to use an oven to make it, but several friends around me bought a toaster and were waiting for the good news of my successful experiment, so I had to fight with the toaster to the death! It's a long way to go...

Steps for Casta Soft Toast

  • Make step 0
    1
Put all ingredients into the pan.
  • Make step 1
    2
Stir well with a manual egg beater.
  • Make step 2
    3
Cook over low heat while stirring until a paste. After boiling, let cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Make step 3
    4
Except butter, put all the ingredients and casta sauce into the bread bucket, set the "dough dough" program for the bread machine (my bread machine program is 8), press the start/stop button, knead the dough for 20 minutes, and knead it into a smooth dough.
  • Make step 4
    5
After 20 minutes, the bread machine stops kneading. At this time, press the start/stop button to stop the kneading process and add butter softened at room temperature. Set the "Sweet Bread" program for the bread maker (my bread maker program is 5), select the weight to 750 grams, select the color to "Light", and the time is 2:50 minutes. Press the start/stop button to start.
  • Make step 5
    6
When the screen shows 2:15, the bread machine stops mixing. At this time, take out the dough, take out the mixing stick, knead the dough with your hands, and put it back into the bread bucket for fermentation. (If a hard-working person can beat the dough for 4 minutes, put it back in the bread bucket to ferment at 2:11.)
  • Make step 6
    7
    Fermented dough.
  • Make step 7
    8
Don't worry about anything. When all the procedures are completed, the toaster will make a "drip" sound and it will be OK.
  • Make step 8
    9
Put on high-temperature gloves, take out the bread bucket (never use your hands directly, a friend of mine was scalded), and place the bread on the baking net to cool.
  • Make step 9
    10
After cooling, you can slice and eat it, and occasionally serve it with homemade yellow peach sauce. It's very good! Put it in a crisper bag or sealed box for 1-3 days without any problems, and it is still very soft.
  • Casta Soft Toast Make Tips

Don't boil the castellas sauce too thick and retain some water, as it will be drier after refrigeration.
