Wash the pumpkin.

Remove the skin and seeds and cut in the middle.

Cut into evenly sized pieces.

Prepare the soybean paste and white sugar, and chop the onions and ginger.

Put the oil in the pan, add the onions and ginger and stir-fry.

Pour in the yellow sauce and stir-fry.

Pour in the pumpkin and stir fry.

Add salt and white sugar and cook for 8 minutes.
