Steps for Summer solstice home-cooked cold noodles

Mix the dough first, and roll it into noodles after waking for 30 minutes.

Wash one cucumber for later use.

Marinated carrots and pickled Chinese toon sprouts.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips, marinate the carrots and Chinese toon sprouts, mix the sesame paste with water, and prepare the mashed garlic.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add in the noodles and cook until 80% cooked, and then remove them.

Wash the noodles with cold water and rinse them several times.
