Steps for Pan-fried potato cake

Wash the potatoes first.

Cut it into thin threads.

Soak in cold water.

Drain the water for later use.

Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat well.

Add shredded potatoes, flour, and starch and mix well.

Add salt and pepper and mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
