Because I don't eat beef, sheep and pork, and I don't like fish very much. Fortunately, I like spicy food, so I still like boiled fish.
But I prefer to eat the dried tofu and vegetables inside. What about you?
Here is a description of my boiled fish recipe, which is not wrapped in seasonings ~~

Steps for boiled fish

1
Slice fish slices into thin slices, mix well with salt, cooking wine, starch, and a little soy sauce, and marinate for a while.
2
Prepare onions, ginger and minced garlic.
3
Prepare Chaotian pepper, Pi County chili bean paste, and pepper grains.
4
Cut the dried tofu into wide strips, cut the celery obliquely (it's best to use celery, I don't have it downstairs) and prepare a serving of minced garlic. Recently, the bean sprouts have not been healthy, and I haven't had bean sprouts recently, so I ignored them this time. Actually, I really like bean sprouts %_ %
5
Heat a little oil in the pan, stir-fry the dried tofu, celery (bean sprouts), minced garlic, and pepper powder until fragrant, and serve out.
6
Heat the oil in the pan, and the amount of oil is about 2-3 times that of ordinary frying. Add a tablespoon of chopped Pi County chili bean paste, then add a handful of Chao Tian pepper, green onions, ginger and garlic, and appropriate amount of pepper, and stir fry together for a while.
7
Add water, cooking wine, a little sugar, and bring to a boil. Add the fish slices and stir gently with chopsticks.
8
After boiling, add the stir-fried vegetables before, cook for a while and leave the pan.
9
This time, the soup was a little short. The following is what I made before and let go of bean sprouts.
