Steps for Spicy duck neck

Put the duck neck in a boiling water pot and boil it, beat off the blood foam, add star anise, sesame, salt, and white sugar, boil it over high heat, and then cook it over medium heat.

Heat oil in pan until 60% hot, fry duck neck until golden brown, remove and drain oil.
