Steps for stir-fried noodles

Wash the jelly (rinse it with cold water for a few times).

Cut the jelly into pieces and place on a plate for later use.

Chop green onions, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Put oil in the pan.

Heat the oil and pour in the jelly over medium heat.

Add green onions, ginger, minced garlic and salt.

Pour in a few drops of soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Sprinkle with shredded leeks.

Pour in the mashed garlic juice (stir the garlic juice with vinegar and cold cabbage in a 4:1 ratio, and drop a few drops of sesame oil).

Just load the plate.
