Colorful Mixed Rice
By AdellaKihn
I made chicken soup a few days ago, but my little egg said that he didn't want to drink chicken soup and wanted fried rice. So I had to stir-fry a plate of "7-color mixed brocade fried rice" specially for him, on the condition that he had to finish a small bowl of chicken soup. He compromised for the fried rice he liked. My fried rice is very simple, and the ingredients and methods are as follows:
Recipe Recommendations
- cucumber 10 grams
- Hongluobu 10 grams
- bacon 10 grams
- corn kernels 10 grams
- luncheon meat 10 grams
- egg 1 capsule
- green onions appropriate amount
Steps for Colorful Mixed Rice

1
Dice the cucumber, red carrot, bacon, lunch meat and green onions.
2
Fry the eggs into an omelet, then cut them into small cubes and pick them up for later use. (I cut it a little big)
3
Heat the oil, stir-fry the cucumber, and red carrot first, then put down the other ingredients and continue to stir-fry.
4
Add white rice and egg patties.
5
Finally, add a little chicken essence powder to taste. (I also secretly added a little salt!)
6
A "7-color mixed brocade fried rice" will be fine!

If you like, you can also add a little shredded pork on top. It will be more delicious!
