Fish head braised tofu is a specialty dish in Guangdong. It can be braised or cooked in earthen casserole, or used to make soup. The fried fish head has no fishy smell at all. It tastes quite good, and its nutritional value is quite high! The practice is also very simple:

Practice:
1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and fry it on both sides to brown, remove from the pan for later use
2. Wash the fish head, fry the sides yellow, add a little salt during the frying process.
3. Add the tofu and ingredients, simmer over high heat for 6-7 minutes, and serve.
