Steps for Pan-fried eggplant

Wash the eggplant first.

Chop green onions, peppers, ginger and garlic.

Put the oil in the pan, add the eggplant and fry it.

A little salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and appropriate amount of water to make a sauce.
