Zhixiang steamed bun slices
I rarely eat home-made steamed buns because I rarely eat the staple food for dinner, only drink porridge and vegetables. In the morning, there are many kinds of food, and there is not much chance to eat steamed buns. I had just steamed a big steamed bun the day before, so I had a Zhixiang steamed bun slice for breakfast, with some side dishes and porridge. It was very comfortable.

1 steamed bun and 2 eggs for standby.

Cut steamed buns into slices of about 1 cm, add a little salt to the eggs and beat them up. Serve sesame seeds for later use.

Dip a piece of steamed bun with egg liquid on both sides, and sprinkle appropriate amount of sesame seeds on one side.

Put the sesame side of the steamed bun in a warm oil pan and fry over low heat for 2 minutes, while sprinkle the sesame seeds on the other side.
