Steps for Microwave version of cumin potatoes

Peel the potatoes (you can also leave them peeled but wash them to remove the soil residue). After washing, place them in the pan and add appropriate amount of salt and cook them for 80 seconds. Cut the onions, ginger and garlic into minced pieces for later use.

Add olive oil to a microwave-friendly glass container.

Add green onions, ginger and minced garlic.
