By HazleKihn
Home-made kimchi is hygienic, delicious and affordable. Add or subtract a jar of old water at will. Naturally fermented vegetables are good for health. Use sugar, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, sesame oil seasoning, and mix some spicy oil if you like spicy food. The taste is amazing!

Steps for Homemade pickles
1
Add medium salt, high-quality white wine, pickled peppers, ginger, garlic, dry red peppers, and pepper to cold boiled water. Pour into a clean and dry kimchi jar and add seasonal vegetables at will.
2
Fill the mouth of the kimchi jar with water to isolate the air and place it in a ventilated corner.
3
If you cut bamboo shoots or carrots into four sections, you can usually eat them for a week at most. Yuba, fungus, bitter gourd, and cabbage are all good kimchi materials. Soak cowpeas when they are cheap to make minced meat and sour beans.
