Steps for Pan-fried pumpkin

Skin and seeds the pumpkin.

Cut into rectangular slices.

Put in a bowl and marinate with salt for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on the pumpkin and wrap well.

Sprinkle with pepper and stir well.

Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and add the pumpkin.

Fry over low heat, color one side, turn over and fry the other side.
