Steps for Aromatic corn bone soup

Prepare bones, corn, carrots and mushrooms.

Cut the corn into sections; wash the mushrooms and cross them on the top; wash the carrot and cut into hob pieces for later use.

Wash the ginger and pat it with a knife for later use.

Wash the bones and blanch them in boiling water. Remove and drain the water.

Start another pot and put the ginger pieces and cold water into the pot together.

After the water boils, add the blanched bones.

Add mushrooms and corn.

After boiling for a few minutes, add the carrots.

Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, turn to low heat and simmer for 30-50 minutes, remove from the pan and add appropriate amount of salt to serve.
