Steamed pear with rock sugar

I haven't recovered from the cold for several days. I feel a little serious and have a slight cough. So I made this rock sugar pear to moisten the lungs and relieve cough. The preparation is also simple, sweet and delicious.

Steps for Steamed pear with rock sugar

Making materials.

Wash the pear, peel and core, and cut into small pieces.

Put the chopped pears into a small basin and add the rock sugar.

Put it in the pan and steam until the rock sugar melts. I steamed it together while cooking the porridge. It lasted about half an hour.

Remove from the pan and place it into a small bowl.
