A home-cooked dish that goes well with rice. My husband said that it was hot and he couldn't eat. Said he wanted to eat chili peppers, so he made this shredded pork with pepper for him at night. It was really a meal, and my husband ate two bowls of rice at one time.

Steps for Shredded pork with pepper

Shred meat and set aside.

Shred peppers and set aside.
