In fact, I rarely stir-fry cauliflower. I really don't know what to eat today, so I stir-fry this cauliflower that I have been in for a few days.

Steps for stir-fried cauliflower

Break the cauliflower into small flowers, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and drain.
