Mixed noodles with scallion oil

I used to like to eat boiled noodles in white water, and later I fell in love with mixed noodles with green onions. My method is relatively simple.

Steps for Mixed noodles with scallion oil

Noodles bought in the supermarket, cut into fine shallots for later use.

Boil water in the pan, with a little more water.

Add the noodles after boiling water and bring to a boil.

Pour soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, and a small amount of salt into the plate.

Pour oil into a frying pan and saute the shallots until fragrant.

Just use the shallots as long as they are a little burnt. Remove the shallots and don't use them.

Remove the noodles and place them on a seasoned plate, sprinkle with the shallots, and pour in the onion oil.

Eat this while it's hot.
