Korean kimchi cake
Recently, I have gone to Wangjing more often, and I have more opportunities to eat Korean restaurants with friends. Because there are many Koreans in Wangjing area, the Korean food there is relatively authentic, and various side dishes are eaten and added for free. Wangjing also has many small shops opened by Koreans. The kimchi sold in supermarkets are all processed by themselves and taste great.

I don't eat spicy food, especially spicy food. I really don't enjoy the taste of pepper, but I like Korean kimchi very much. It has a sweet spicy taste. The spicy taste is very soft. There are two kinds of kimchi, fermented and non-fermented. I like fermented ones, and the price is not expensive. It costs eight yuan a catty, with a shelf life of one week. It is very fresh.
