Yuzi tofu in tomato sauce

This is my own slightly revised version of Yuzi tofu in tomato sauce. Because I like spicy taste, I added dried chili to the tomato sauce to make the sauce slightly spicy with sweet and sour taste, with a unique flavor.

Steps for Yuzi tofu in tomato sauce

Prepare two strips of jade tofu and one onion.

Cut jade tofu into small round pieces

Roll tofu in cornflour with a thin layer of flour.

Pour a little more oil into the pan and cook it to 70% and add tofu

Fry the tofu until golden brown

Remove the tofu and plate it

Pour the oil into the pan and heat it, add the dried chili and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the tomato juice and cook until thick

Pour the cooked sauce into the plate with the tofu left and serve
