Gently fry the sausage and cut it into 4 strips. Also slightly fry the crab strips and cut them in half. Beat the eggs and fry them into an omelet and cut them into strips.2
Add white sugar and salt in white vinegar, stir to dissolve, add white rice and mix well.3
Take a piece of seaweed, coat it with cheese, and spread it with a layer of white rice.4
Place the sausage, crab strips and eggs next to them in order. If you like, you can also add red carrot and cucumber cut into strips. Sprinkle with a little more shredded pork.5
Slowly roll it up into a strip. The sushi is complete!6
When cutting, sharpen the knife and wash it clean, so that the rice grains will not stick to the knife when cutting.
