"Shixiang Sweet Sour Ribs" is one of the most traditional Fuzhou dishes. The "ten" it means all, not that there are only 10 scents. This dish can be said to be the simplest of Fuzhou cuisine, and many families can make the "Sweet 'n' Sour Ribs" that people praise for. Because the taste of this dish is basically in the sauce, the taste of each family is different.

Steps for Shixiang Zui Ribs

Cut the ribs into inches and marinate them with salt and chicken essence.

Cut small potatoes into pieces.

Beat an egg into the marinated ribs and add starch.

Mix well until each rib is covered with paste.

Chop the garlic into minced pieces, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, pepper, coffee powder, five-spice powder, sesame oil, sesame paste, and peanut butter into juice.

Put peanut oil in the pan, add it to the oil temperature of about 180 degrees, and fry slowly over medium to medium heat.

After frying, remove and drain the oil. The small potatoes are also fried and cooked.
