I have been to some places in southern Fujian, and I often eat a small dish in my memory, which is the brine tofu with strong aroma and endless aftertaste. It feels very delicious. I made one specially today and shared it with everyone. I hope everyone will support and like it!

Steps for Marinated tofu

A piece of marinated tofu and set aside. Wipe off excess water and set aside.

Cut the tofu into 7-8 cm pieces. Cut my piece into four pieces with two knives.

Put about 80 grams of oil into a frying pan, and add tofu when the oil temperature is 60% hot.

Fry until both sides are golden brown.

Remove the tofu to remove excess oil, put the tofu back into the pan, add salt, spring onion, ginger slices, pepper, aniseed, fragrant leaves, cumin, cinnamon, sugar, soy sauce and soy sauce, and boil over low heat in water. Those who like to eat stewed eggs can boil the pot and add a piece of stewed eggs.
