Minshengguo
[Minsheng Fruit], also known as [Min-Style Peanut Rice], has a sweet and crisp taste. It is a famous specialty cold dish in Fujian.

Recipe Recommendations

  • peanuts 300 grams
  • salt and pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • spiced powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • white sugar 40 grams
  • vegetable oil 200ML

    A few words: The traditional method is to fry peanuts with lard. I don't think it's healthy, so I switched to vegetable oil. When frying peanuts, it is best to cool the oil and put it in the pan and fry it slowly. If the oil temperature is too high, the peanuts will be burnt on the outside and the inside will be raw. Turn off the heat when frying until they change color. Use the remaining heat to fry for a while. The fried peanuts are delicious.
