Honey bitter gourd
There happened to be balsam pear at home that was about to go bad, so I used it to make a honey balsam pear for practice. In fact, I made it for my mother to eat. I never eat balsam pear because I find it bitter... Anyway, put it in the refrigerator and ice it and take it out to eat it. The taste is still good. My mom said it's good. It's not too bitter, but I still feel bitter... Okay, let's get to the point ~!
