Pickled cabbage meatball soup
I didn't have a good appetite in the hot summer, so I made this appetizer soup. It tasted very good.

    Shred sauerkraut, cross meatballs, slice ginger for later use

    Stir fry pickled cabbage and ginger slices in hot oil in a wok for 2 to 3 minutes

    Then add more than half a bowl of water (soup bowl) and bring to a boil, then add meatballs and bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes, add salt and chopped green onion.
