stir-fried chicken tip
By NealShields
This dish is made in a pan, but the taste in the end is not worse than the one made in the oven! It tastes great!

Steps for stir-fried chicken tip

1
After thawing the purchased chicken tips, add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and half a teaspoon of soy sauce, and marinate in a container for half an hour. (If there are any extra wings at home, I put them in and marinate them)
2
Cut up the ginger, garlic, and pepper.
3
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan, put the marinated chicken tips in and fry slowly over medium heat. (If you want to hurry up, you can change it to frying it)
4
Remove the fried chicken tips and control the oil.
5
Leave the remaining oil in the pan, saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant, and then add the fried chicken tip and stir fry.
6
After stir-frying, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, half a tablespoon of white sugar and salt, half a tablespoon of chicken essence, 4 tablespoons of water, and a little bit of salt (salt was added when the sauce is almost done). When the soup is finished, add the chilli peppers or paprika powder, stir-fry and take out of the pan. You can omit spicy food if you don't like spicy food.

Okay, it's time to eat, let's take a recent photo of the wings.
