Fuzhou Mixed Noodles

Famous Fujian snacks. In addition to Fujian, it can be found in Fujian communities at home and abroad. Mixed noodles are cooked with egg noodles, and then added with soy sauce, peanut butter, chopped green onion, etc.(occasionally with shredded pork), hence the name "mixed noodles".
Recipe Recommendations
- noodles 300 grams
- peanut butter 50 grams
- green onion 30 grams
- cold boiled water 30 grams
- olive oil 10 grams
