stir-fried celery
By MeggieWalker
I originally fried celery and shredded pork, but I was too lazy to defrost the shredded pork, so I just used bacon... As for gluten balls, I really like their taste so much...

Steps for stir-fried celery

1
Wash celery and cut into small pieces; slice garlic cloves.
2
Cut the bacon into small pieces. It turns out that I cut it too small. A bigger piece might taste better.
3
Cut the gluten balls into three or four pieces.
4
Stir fry the bacon over medium to medium heat until the oil comes out, forcing out the oil as much as possible.
5
Add garlic slices when bacon is almost dry, and turn to medium heat and saute until fragrant.
6
After saute garlic until fragrant, add celery, turn to high heat until celery is slightly transparent (about four to five minutes), then add spicy three dices and a little salt and continue to stir fry.
7
Stir fry the celery until it is slightly soft and water out, add the gluten. You can directly place the gluten in a place with vegetable juice, which makes it easy to stir.
8
After the gluten is soft, pick the thicker celery section and taste it, add salt according to your taste, and stir well.9
The downside is that bacon, gluten and spicy trimmings all contain a lot of oil, which really violates my principle of trying not to eat oil as much as possible.
