    Pour the cooked rice into a low-legged wooden bucket and let it warm.

    Wait until the rice is warm, add the sushi vinegar (note: add it little by little), and stir the rice with a wooden shovel.

    Wash your hands first, hold a palm-sized vinegar rice, apply a little mustard on the opposite side of the Arctic shellfish, and then gently hold it with three hands to combine the vinegar rice and the Arctic shellfish into shape. (If your hands are dry, dip them in a little vinegar or soak them in ice water).
