In order to eliminate homemade jams at home, I made this small meal bag. The soup planting method is used. Even if it is left for a few days, it is very soft and delicious, and will never lose to takeout food.

Knead all ingredients except butter into a smooth dough.

Drain the fermented dough, divide it into 8 portions, round it, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Place it in a warm and humid place for final fermentation to 2.5 times the size.

Preheat the oven at 180° for 5 to 8 minutes, brush the surface of the fermented bread body with egg milk liquid, and place it in the middle layer of the oven for 15 minutes. Tangzhong preparation method: Pour boiling water into bread flour and mix well, cover with plastic wrap and let cool. Tip: I am using a Midea 25-liter oven, and the internal temperature is relatively high, so I only bake at 150°C. I suggest those with the same oven also use this temperature.
