Sweet and sour green mango

I went back to my hometown and picked a few green mangoes, but they were not yet ripe. If I ate them like this, they would be very sour and couldn't be eaten at all. So I added some plum powder and white sugar to marinate them. After marinated, the taste was very great. It was sour and sweet.
