Steps for pumpkin pie

Prepare the pumpkin.

Peel and cut the pumpkin into thick slices, and steam in a steamer over high heat for 15 minutes.

Pour the steamed pumpkin slices into a large sea bowl, add appropriate amount of white sugar and mash them with a spoon until they are hot.

After the pumpkin puree is allowed to cool, add the glutinous rice flour little by little at a ratio of about 1:1.

Add and knead until the pumpkin dough doesn't touch your hands.

Divide the dough into small pieces, knead it round, flatten it, put it in the pan and slowly fry until both sides are golden brown.
