Qianlixiang wonton
Wonton is a Jiangnan snack. Generally, it has thin skin and little meat. However, Fujian's Qianlixiang wonton is large, with skin and filling similar to dumplings. The big wonton with more stuffing and fresh soup tastes a different taste. This is my own version of Qianlixiang big wonton.

Recipe Recommendations

  • large wonton skin half a catty
  • cabbage three or two
  • salt two spoonfuls
  • onion second root
  • laver appropriate amount
  • sea fly appropriate amount
  • sesame oil appropriate amount

Steps for Qianlixiang wonton

    Chop pork and cabbage, add salt and chicken essence, season and mix into filling.

    Wrap wontons with large wonton skins and stuffing.

    Add water to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the wontons.

    After boiling, add cold water and continue to boil three times.
