- MSG 2 grams

Steps for Braised tofu with mushrooms

Clean the tofu, cut it into cubes and set it on a plate for later use.

Clean the fresh mushrooms, blanch them, cut them into pieces and place them on a plate for later use.

Cut the ham sausage into cubes and place on a plate for later use.

Pour the oil into the pan and heat it until 40% hot, add the tofu and fry it.

Fry until both sides are golden yellow, shovel out, and place into a plate for later use.

Leave appropriate amount of oil in the pan and heat it up, add tomato sauce and stir-fry, add mushrooms, soy sauce and clear soup.

Then add the tofu and stir fry.
