Steps for Taiwan wonton

    Chop the pork filling into fine pieces, stir in the seasonings (1) and mix well to form the filling.

    Put a little stuffing into each wonton bag, then fold in half to form a small wonton, put it in boiling water and cook until it floats.

    Add seasonings (2), scallion oil, chopped coriander into a soup bowl, and then add the cooked wontons. Serve.
