Steps for corn cake

1. Mix and sieve the flour, corn flour, and baking powder. 2. Heat the milk with white sugar, stir the white sugar to dissolve, cool, pour into the mixed powder and stir evenly up and down to form a flowing paste (you cannot circle it, otherwise you won't be able to return it)

3. Add the cooking oil in 2. and continue to mix well.] 4. Go to a clean container, touch the bottom with a thin layer of oil, and sprinkle with some raisins (to help it fall off) 5. Pour 3 into the container and cover with plastic wrap. Place it in a steamer and ferment for 25-30 minutes, then open fire and steam for 20 minutes (use chopsticks to insert and remove it, as long as there is no powder on the chopsticks)

6. According to your taste and hobbies, cut into shapes and apply some sauce in the middle. I use salad dressing
