I originally wanted to stir-fry it veggie, but I thought it would be more fragrant if I put some meat in it. We put in a small piece of bacon. The bitter gourd absorbed the aroma of the bacon and was very fragrant.

Just add a little sugar to adjust the taste. Don't put too much sugar, otherwise it will affect the taste of the bitter gourd. If you are afraid of bitterness, blanch the bitter gourd and then stir-fry it. Removing the inner white film will also reduce the bitterness.
