Rich macaroni sauce

I originally planned to make leek boxes for my mother and my brother, but my mother had a bad appetite and couldn't eat leeks ~ I had to make this macaroni with meat sauce ~ Fortunately, they loved it ~~

Steps for Rich macaroni sauce

1
Prepare the materials. Cut tomatoes, onions and garlic into small pieces, and chop bacon (you can replace it with other meat) as much as possible
2
Put water in the pan, add a little salt, and then put the macaroni into the pan to medium heat and cook for about 8 minutes. While cooking the macaroni, start to fry the meat sauce. Put a little oil in the pan, and put the onions and garlic in the oil pan. Saute until fragrant.
3
Stir fry over medium heat until the onions begin to change color. Add shredded bacon (or other minced meat) and stir fry until the bacon is oily.
4
Pour in diced tomatoes, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste, and stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft
5
Pour in the ketchup, stir fry, then add a small bowl of water on low heat until it boils. When the soup turns red, the tomatoes are soft and rotten, the soup becomes thick, add a little black pepper powder to taste, stir fry for a few times, then turn off the heat and set aside.
6
By this time, the macaroni should be cooked, turn off the heat, remove it, and place it in cold water to cool.
7
Drain the macaroni, place it in a sauce pan and stir fry well, and serve it ~(You can also pour the sauce on the drained macaroni, but I think it will taste better if you stir fry together)
8
Serve it with your own iced coffee ~~ Aiya ~~ It's so cool ~~
